Brand Strategy & Positioning

Clarify your brand.

We uncover what truly sets you apart, and then express it through clear messages and meaningful design. By being more intentional, we keep what matters and remove what doesn’t — letting your real value shine through.

Your value deserves clarity.

But it’s easy for your message to get lost in the noise. You might be:

Stumbling over your words when someone asks what you do

Sounding like everyone else (even though you're not)

Struggling to know if your message makes sense to outsiders

Attracting clients who aren't the right fit

Feeling like your brand doesn’t reflect who you are now

Losing the real heart of your work in translation

Declutter your brand.

Before you create a website, write content, or plan any marketing, you need absolute clarity about two things: who needs your work and how to show up for them. Everything else flows from there.

That’s why we start with decluttering — removing the noise to find what matters.

01) See the full picture.

Like decluttering a closet, we have to take everything out first. I’ll dig into your brand and get to know your work, your values, and what makes your approach unique.

02) Choose what’s essential.

We pinpoint exactly what sets you apart and why it matters to the right people. No fluff, no filler. Just the elements that capture your real value.

03) Create order.

We turn clarity into action with messages and design that work together naturally. Simple, purposeful, and true to who you are.

Brand Strategy & Positioning FAQ

What exactly is brand strategy?

It’s finding clear words for your value and a consistent way to share it. We look at what makes you different, who needs your work, and how to connect those dots simply.

How is this different from marketing strategy?

Brand strategy is your foundation — who you are and how you show up. Marketing strategy is about where and how to share that message. We focus on getting the foundation right first.

What is brand voice? (It sounds made up.)

Often brand voice is thrown around as a hazy, abstract concept. But brand voice can actually be broken down into very specific, concrete terms revolving around tone, cadence, sentence length, and vocabulary. It’s what makes you sound like you when you write. Creating a brand voice sets you apart.

What’s the difference between messaging and voice?

They’re interwoven concepts but with distinct differences. Messaging is generally about “what” you say. Voice is more about “how” you say it.

Do you also handle design?

While we provide direction for your visual identity, I partner with specialist designers for implementation. I’ll connect you with the right expert when needed.

How much does this cost?

Every project is custom, based on your goals. But for a reference point, a brand voice finder session + mini guide starts around $1,500, and messaging projects start around $2,500.
